Unveiling our new brand: Aston Lark evolves into Howden

As a dedicated partner of AVRO, we’d like to share an exciting update with you. As of 2 October 2023, we’re proud to officially introduce ourselves as Howden.
Our presence in Maidstone runs deep, with our devoted team consistently serving businesses of all types and sizes within the region. We take pride in our client-centric approach, and our specialists take the time to truly understand and address the unique needs of all our clients. We want to emphasise that our unwavering commitment to Maidstone remains as strong as ever, and we eagerly anticipate continuing this journey as Howden.

Why have we rebranded?

In April 2022, Aston Lark became part of the Howden Group, with the aim of creating a standout full-service broker, unrivalled in its quality, scale and reach in the UK and Ireland.
Howden was founded by David Howden and two of his friends in London, in 1994. Since then, it has grown to become one of the UK’s largest independent insurance brokers, with offices all over the world.
One of the reasons Aston Lark and Howden are such a good fit is our shared value of care – care for our clients, the community, and our employees, empowering them to deliver great outcomes.
When we joined the Howden family, we recognised that this would involve changing our name, when the time was right, and now is that time.
