Ever felt that you don't know where to turn in times of stress? Hopefully the majority of us will never know that feeling of sheer despair and frustration. The AVRO Benevolent Fund was set up by the founder members of AVRO, to help fellow recovery operators, their families and employees should they require any assistance. We are able to provide what we call "first aid help", whether it be counselling, financial support or hire of equipment, e.g. wheelchairs or mobility scooters. Each year we assist a number of AVRO members & non-members in some way that makes their lives just a little bit easier for them.
The AVRO Benevolent Fund also boasts the support and expertise of well-informed solicitors who are able to handle the legal side of dealing with accidents or accident claims.
The recovery industry is renowned for being a very caring and close industry and consequently decisions are always made with all the best of intentions. However, this can sometimes have a detrimental effect on any subsequent claim. It is important that correct legal advice is sought before any financial support is undertaken.
